Mike Virgintino is a long-time baseball fan. He has never umpired an organized game, but as a player and coach over the years he has had a respectful and often a friendly relationship with umpires. BaseballRules!!! will talk about the actions and views of the umpires, the rules of the game and scoring decisions.
